XCOM 2 patch 1.1 for Mac and Linux
The second patch for XCOM 2 on Mac and Linux is now live!
This patch introduces fixes, balance tweaks, and several performance optimizations that should improve framerates and in-game delays.
A new “Zip Mode” is now available, which creates a faster-paced experience that speeds up animations and reduces some delays in gameplay. Players may pause the game at any time and activate Zip Mode under Gameplay options.

If you have automatic updates enabled in Steam – the default setting – then the patch will download when you log in.
XCOM 2 is out now on Mac and Linux and available from Steam and the Feral Store.
