Total War: WARHAMMER III Update 1.3 — out now on macOS & Linux

Heed the banner call and return to the Realms of Chaos! Total War: WARHAMMER III update 1.3 has rolled out to macOS & Linux.

Alongside a hefty list of tweaks and improvements to the game, the latest roster of Regiments of Renown units has been introduced across all seven factions, this time focusing on decisive mounted might. Look out for Kislev’s Oath-Brothers of Tor, who ride into battle on furious warbears and smite their enemies with blinding lightning strikes!

Work has also gone on under the hood to improve battle AI, unit responsiveness, character traits and skill trees — rounding off a sizable change list, which you can read on the Total War blog. This patch incorporates all changes up to The Creative Assembly’s hotfix 1.3.2, including reverting unintended changes to ranged unit behaviour.

It’s the Eye of the Tigress: Bhashiva — Character Pack Out Now for Total War: WARHAMMER III on macOS and Linux

A new challenger approaches the Old World’s Maelstrom of conflict and chaos!

The Bhashiva Character Pack introduces a new Legendary Lord to the Grand Cathay. The Tiger Warriors are a proud, ancient martial culture, and sworn allies of the Dragon Lords of Cathay.

Ruling from the Tiger Court, their Lord is Bhashiva, a duellist built to cut through infantry and enemy Heroes alike — striking hard and fast with flame-imbued attacks.

If you own Total War: WARHAMMER or WARHAMMER II, but you’ve not yet purchased the WARHAMMER III base game, the Bhashiva Character Pack also unlocks the Grand Cathay faction for use in the Immortal Empires Campaign.

Today also sees the release of the free Update 8.0 for Total War: WARHAMMER III on macOS and Linux. Head to the Total War blog for all the details, but don’t miss Taoyan the Merciless — the free Legendary Hero. A favoured general of the Iron Dragon, she can be recruited by any Grand Cathay Legendary Lord. Specialised in slaying fearsome single-entity beasts, she is an asset to any faction who win her loyalty.

Update to 8.0 today, and head to the Steam Store to add the Bhashiva Character Pack to your collection for $4.99 / £3.99 / 4,99 €.
