The ancient world rises again — Major update for ROME: Total War on iPad

To coincide with the release of ROME: Total War on iPhone, the iPad version has received numerous improvements and additions to its features and interface including:

      
  • Battlefield
    Colour-coded tooltips indicate if your units are doing well or struggling. Status boxes above your units show health, morale, ammo and orders.
  • Campaign map
    Easier merging of depleted units and longer draw paths.
  • User interface
    Detailed summaries of your faction, characters and retinues. Bronze, silver and gold ranks for each historical battle won.
  • Camera options
    Zoom in closer on the Campaign Map, zoom out further on the battlefield, and play at the perfect angle with enhanced camera tilt control.
  • Graphics
    ROME now uses Apple’s Metal API for enhanced graphics and performance.

The Scourge of God Returns — Total War: ATTILA out now on macOS

Following ROME II’s successful return to macOS, Total War: ATTILA is available on modern Macs for the first time.

Experience Total War’s signature blend of turn-based grand strategy and spectacular real-time tactical battles as a crumbling Roman Empire makes its desperate last stand.

This new port for macOS comes with native Apple Silicon support, improved performance and UI scaling. All eight DLC packs are also available for purchase, expanding the Campaigns and playable Culture roster. Existing owners of ATTILA and its DLC packs on Steam can access this new Mac version free of charge.
