A Total War Saga: TROY – Ajax & Diomedes unleashed for macOS today

King Agamemnon’s call to war has been answered by two of antiquity’s most feared warriors; Ajax and Diomedes take the field in the latest DLC for A Total War Saga: TROY.

More mountain than man, Ajax is said to be descended from the giants and wields a shield that dwarfs his enemies. Alongside his brawn comes one of the finest tactical minds of the age: Diomedes of Argos, who longs to avenge his father’s death at the hands of the Thebans.

These new heroes bring 18 new units, four additional faction mechanics, unique skill trees, building chains and two new starting positions. The Ajax & Diomedes DLC also sees the arrival of new Paragon units. Led by distinguished veterans, the Paragons fight with a battle-hardened zeal that strikes fear in the hearts of their enemies.

Today we also introduce Hephaestus to the Divine Will system. The God of Blacksmiths and Volcanoes is now available, and players who appease him may call upon his Divine Craftsman epic agent to strengthen their soldiers' equipment.

The Trojans' demise is at hand. Buy the Ajax & Diomedes DLC from the Epic Games Store and show them the error of their ways.

Hit After Hit — Hitman: Absolution Brings the Heat to iOS & Android this Autumn; Nintendo Switch releases to follow

Branded a traitor and hunted by the Agency he once served, Agent 47 returns to iOS and Android this autumn in Hitman: Absolution.

Building on the success of 2023’s Blood Money — Reprisal, Absolution is the compelling next installment, shining a spotlight on Agent 47’s character and revealing that he is more than just a number.

Stealth meets modernised combat to make ‘going loud’ as satisfying as keeping to the shadows — turning each of Absolution’s 20 missions into an assassin’s playground. Sleek touch controls offer 47’s trademark precision, and, for the full AAA experience on the go, gamepad and keyboard and mouse are fully supported.

Following the mobile release, Hitman: Absolution will arrive on Nintendo Switch in late 2025, with native Switch 2 support to follow in 2026. More details on the Switch versions will be revealed later this year.

So, suit up, straighten your tie and prepare to step back into the highly polished shoes of Agent 47 — pre-order today from the App Store for $14.99 / £9.99 / €12,49 (regional prices may vary), or pre-register on Google Play.
