A dramatic leap — Tomb Raider for macOS updated to 64-bit

Young Lara Croft’s fight for survival has reached new heights with the latest update to Tomb Raider.

The first game in the Tomb Raider origin trilogy has been future-proofed with an update to 64-bit, and now benefits from our latest code libraries and Apple’s Metal graphics API for performance enhancements across all supported Macs.

If you are already equipped with macOS 10.14 Mojave, update your copy of Tomb Raider on the Mac App Store or Steam.

Lara Croft’s origin story: Tomb Raider out now for Mac

When a young Lara Croft is shipwrecked on an uncharted island, she enters a fight for survival armed with nothing but her instincts. Help Lara perfect her natural gifts in a series of gripping exploits that will force her to grow from an inexperienced young woman into a hardened survivor.

Begin the adventure at the Mac App Store, where Tomb Raider is available now. You’ll find more game info, screenshots and system requirements at the game’s minisite.

Online multiplayer will not be available on versions of the game purchased through the Mac App Store. The game will go on sale from other stores (including Steam) on January 30th.

The game will be on sale from the Mac App Store on January 23rd, and will go on sale from other stores on January 30th.
