To play Mad Max on Mac you’ll need an Intel i5 3.2 GHz processor with 8GB RAM and a 2GB graphics card. On Linux you'll need an Intel i5 3.4 GHz or AMD FX8350 64-bit processor with 8GB RAM and a 2GB Nvidia 660ti graphics card or better (driver version 367.35).
To thrive and drive on Mac, you'll want an Intel i7 3.6 GHz processor with 16GB RAM and a 4GB graphics card, and on Linux an Intel i7 64-bit 3.6 GHz processor with 16GB RAM and a 4GB Nvidia 970 graphics card or better (driver version 367.35).
