Avec leur gameplay inspiré de l'arcade, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light et Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris combinent les caractéristiques de Tomb Raider, à savoir l'exploration, les plateformes et la résolution d'énigmes, avec un mode multijoueur coopératif et des combats captivants et rapides.
