The ancient world rises again — Major update for ROME: Total War on iPad
To coincide with the release of ROME: Total War on iPhone, the iPad version has received numerous improvements and additions to its features and interface including:
- Battlefield
Colour-coded tooltips indicate if your units are doing well or struggling. Status boxes above your units show health, morale, ammo and orders. - Campaign map
Easier merging of depleted units and longer draw paths. - User interface
Detailed summaries of your faction, characters and retinues. Bronze, silver and gold ranks for each historical battle won. - Camera options
Zoom in closer on the Campaign Map, zoom out further on the battlefield, and play at the perfect angle with enhanced camera tilt control. - Graphics
ROME now uses Apple’s Metal API for enhanced graphics and performance.
