Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a bright and diligent Administrative Assistant to help with the smooth running of our office. This is an entry-level position, but a key role in supporting our teams to deliver great games for Mac, Linux and mobile platforms; it is ideal for someone who likes working with both people and information.

Feral is a small, steadily expanding company. We’re currently a team of around seventy-five, so you’ll quickly get to know your colleagues and will work directly with many of them. The whole office is your team, and they often have competing demands, so you need excellent communication skills, strong time management and the ability to work independently on a wide variety of tasks.

There will be plenty of variety in your work; daily tasks comprise general office management, including ordering supplies, answering the phone and filing. You will assist our Finance Manager with regular accounting tasks and our HR Manager with day-to-day issues. You may also be asked to undertake research projects for various senior managers.

Our ideal candidate is personable and courteous, will relish the variety of work this role presents and enjoys keeping things organised and efficient. You should also be keen to learn new software and pick up new skills; we are most interested in candidates who can show they have the potential to develop rapidly and the desire to advance quickly.

This is a permanent, full time position at our office in Wandsworth, southwest London.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) or similar
  • Good written and verbal English
  • Excellent manner and presentation

Desired Skills and Experience

  • An active interest in games
  • Knowledge of Intuit's QuickBooks software
  • Experience working on a Mac


  • £20-24k annual salary, dependent on experience
